These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between the user, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, hereinafter “you”, and the company B2QUANT Lda., registered at Av. 24 de Janeiro, nr. 63, Lisbon, Portugal, hereinafter “b2Quant”, “we” and/or “us”, concerning your access and use of b2Quant’s website, hereinafter “website”.

You may be required to register on the website. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove or change a username. In order to comply with b2Quant’s information security policies, we will periodically require you to change your password. By using the website, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.

4.2 Forbidden activities

4.3 Trial user

You may register on our website with a trial account. In this case, all the above usage conditions apply. For a trial user, we set a limit of up to (but not necessarily)10 free image exam quantifications. If after this period you do not wish to pursue with a paid license, we reserve ourselves the right to terminate your account and delete your user information.

4.4 Submissions

You may not by any means upload any image exam which is not anonymized or compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You hereby waive all moral rights to any website submissions, and you hereby warrant that you have the right to submit such submissions. You agree there shall be no recourse against us for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your submissions. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, as well as provoke any sensitive information disclosure, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the website, as well as report any inappropriate behaviour to the relevant authorities, if the situation determines.

5. Third-party websites and content

The website may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as content belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content"). Such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the website.
